Delete your IdeaMyTrip account

You can ask for your IdeaMyTrip account to be deleted at any time, in any of these ways:

• In the Android app: Account > Delete account.
• On this page: sign in with the Google or Microsoft account you use with us, then press the button below.
• By email to noreply@notify.ideamytrip.com, from the address on your account.

What happens

• Your account is deactivated straight away, and you are signed out of the app and the website.
• Our team then deletes the account and your contact details.
• Bookings and payment records already made are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted. Details entered for bookings that were never completed are deleted within 7 days anyway.
