These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of IdeaMyTrip's website and booking services ("Service"). By signing in or making a booking, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Bookings and Payments

All fares, hotel rates and package prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to availability and change without notice until payment is confirmed. Once payment is completed, IdeaMyTrip issues a booking confirmation on behalf of the airline, hotel or package supplier; the supplier's own conditions of carriage or service also apply and take precedence for matters they specifically govern.

2. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation and date-change fees are set by the airline, hotel or supplier, not by IdeaMyTrip, and are shown before you confirm a booking wherever the supplier makes them available. Refunds, where due, are processed back to the original payment method after the supplier releases the funds, and IdeaMyTrip is not liable for delays caused by the supplier's own refund timelines.

3. Traveller Information

You are responsible for ensuring that names, dates of birth, passport details and contact information entered at booking exactly match each traveller's valid identification and travel documents. IdeaMyTrip is not liable for denied boarding, cancelled bookings or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

4. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport, visa, and any other documentation required for your itinerary, and to meet the health, customs and immigration requirements of every country you transit through or visit. IdeaMyTrip does not guarantee entry to any country and is not responsible for losses arising from a traveller being denied entry or boarding.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Limitation of Liability

IdeaMyTrip acts as a booking intermediary between you and airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers. Except where required by law, IdeaMyTrip is not liable for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, loss of baggage, or acts or omissions of any third-party supplier, and our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

7. Privacy

Personal information you provide, including contact and traveller details, is used to process bookings and communicate with you about them, and is shared with airlines, hotels and payment processors only as needed to fulfil your booking.

8. Changes to These Terms

IdeaMyTrip may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
